Erica Naccarato enters her second year with the black and gold following four years of OUA competition with the Ryerson Rams where she won an OUA silver medal in 2016.  Naccarato is also a second-year student in the Master's of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at UWaterloo. Her research involves studying team dynamics and effective teamwork within the workplace.  

While at Ryerson, Naccarato spearheaded the school’s first ever blood donation drive, which became the most successful student-led community initiative and was the recipient of the Ryerson Rams G.L. Dobson Award for outstanding community contribution.  She is also a two-time recipient of the Devon Lord Brooks Memorial academic/athletic award and two-time recipient of the BMO Financial Diversity Scholarship.
