Jory came to the Warriors in 2015 as the team’s Goaltending Coach, after several years spent developing his skills as a coach and scout in London, Ontario. 
 
His role quickly increased to include a position on the bench staff as an Assistant Coach to start the 2015-16 season, which also provided him the opportunity to develop and manage an amplified statistics analysis program for the team.?

Hockey Canada High Performance coaching certified, Jory also assists with scouting and recruitment activities for the team.
