In June 2021, Taylor was hired at McMaster Football as part of the 'Women’s Football Coaching Apprenticeship Program.' At Mac, Taylor would coach the receivers for three seasons. In May 2022, Taylor spent four weeks as a guest coach with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, as part of the CFL's 'Women in Football' Program, learning from Head Coach Mike O’Shea and Receivers Coach Kevin Bourgoin.

After playing two years of junior football as a receiver and back-up quarterback, Taylor decided to give back to the junior team as a Receivers’ Coach in grades 11 & 12.

In 2022, Taylor created the Women’s FootbALL Conference - a platform to provide education, inspiration, and network opportunities for women and gender minorities in football. The annual conference is held in the early spring each year. Taylor’s ‘why’ is to show girls and young women that it’s possible to play and coach football at a high level in Canada.

Taylor currently lives in Waterloo Region with her Fiancé Steve and their two cats, Holly and Maow. Taylor’s step-daughter Kait, is also the water manger for local football teams.
