Coach Allwood returns for his 3^rd season with the Warriors and will assist with special teams and defensive scout team preparation.  He has coached at many levels, most recently finishing a four-year position with the McMaster Marauders football program in a similar role that he will have with Waterloo. Allwood spent seven years on staff with the Hamilton Varsity Tiger-Cats and Brantford Bisons as the Defensive Coordinator for the JV programs, as well as serving as DC and linebacker coach at Brantford Collegiate Institute in the Sr. Varsity program for 5 seasons.  He is a NCCP-trained coach and has worked with the provincial team programs, including back-to-back silver medals with the Team Ontario U17 program at the 2015 and 2016 Spalding Cup as Defensive Coordinator.  
Coach Allwood is a Software Entrepreneur in Cambridge and lives in Brantford with wife Christina, having two sons Jacob and Ethan.
