Thank you for renting a locker with us. Please read the following terms and conditions. If you have any concerns, please email us at warriorsinfo@uwaterloo.ca.
1. Locker rentals are available to anyone who has an active Warrior Recreation membership. Towel service is included with all locker purchases.
2. Rented lockers must use the lock that is provided. Use of a different lock will result in it being cut and replaced. The lock provided to you must be on the locker at the conclusion of the rental.
3. Lockers will be cleaned out at the end of each term unless renter has purchased a longer duration. The end date of a rental is on the receipt provided at the time of purchase. Additional notification of the end date will be placed in the facility and locker rooms. Remaining contents left in lockers after the end date of the rental will be removed and kept at the Service Desk for one term (120 days) and are subject to a $10 clean out fee. Belongings can be paid for and retrieved from the PAC/CIF Service Desks, respectively. At the end of the following term, items will be donated to a local charity.
4. Proper care of the locker is the responsibility of the renter. Defacing or damaging the lockers by stickers, paint, markers, etc. are grounds for withdrawal of locker privileges and the renter may be charged the cost of repair or replacement of the locker.
5. Lockers may not be re-assigned or sublet.
6. Renter agrees to be fully responsible for the contents of the rented locker and will ensure items placed in the locker are for recreational purposes and do not pose a threat to the facility or other users of the facility.
7. Certain occasions may require Warrior Recreation Staff to check lockers, including for known safety/security issues, when items fall between lockers, or other reasons reasonably necessary for the administration of athletic facilities. Anytime a locker is accessed, it is documented and notification will be left.
8. Violation of any of the above terms may result in the forfeiture of the locker and/or future rentals.
