Job Summary:

As a member of the Game Day Operations team, you'll collaborate closely with teams, coaches, officials, Game Day Coordinators, and Athletics & Recreation staff to oversee game day operations at Waterloo. You will also engage professionally with the public attending these events.

Key Responsibilities:

Game Day Staff will be offered the opportunity to be trained and work in one of the following areas: 

• Basketball (scorekeepers, scoreboard operator, timekeepers, statistics, sweeper)
• Volleyball (statistics, scoreboard operator)
• Hockey (timekeeper, scorekeeper/scoreboard operator, statistics)
• Football (statistics)

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Ability to respond positively under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a team environment.
• Knowledge of specific sport rules and regulations is considered an asset.
• Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
