DESCRIPTION 

Underwater Hockey is a co-ed, student-run club that aims to introduce students to the sport of Underwater Hockey. It is a sport that combines swimming, diving, and hockey skills in a pool. The players wear masks, snorkels, fins, and protective gloves while playing with a weighted puck. The sport is non-contact and requires speed, stamina, and strategy.

This is a new club on campus, feel free to come to our try-it sessions!

FEE

  • Approximately $21.00 per player. This fee is per semester.

*All clubs memberships require a prerequisite base athletics membership.  Currently enrolled, on-campus students already have this prerequisite membership during the Fall and Winter semesters.  For all other community participants and students attending classes in the summer months, a monthly base membership is required for purchase before enrolling into a club*

SCHEDULE

Practice times are:

  • Mondays 8-10 PM (PAC Pool)
  • Friday 9-10 PM (PAC pool)
