DESCRIPTION

UW Ultimate Club is a co-ed, student-run club at the University of Waterloo dedicated to providing a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment for athletes of all skill levels to play ultimate frisbee.

Whether you're picking up a disc for the first time or training for elite-level competition, our club warmly welcomes new members. Many of our current players and alumni learned the sport in high school or university, with some going on to play semi-professionally or represent Canada on the international stage.

COMPETITIVE SEASONS

Fall Outdoor (Primary): A six-week outdoor circuit featuring two Open teams and one Women's team competing across three tournaments, culminating at the 2026 Canadian University Ultimate Championships (CUUC) in Brampton, ON (Oct 16–18).

Winter Indoor (Fieldhouse): Fast-paced, 4-on-4 dome play running from November to April across three to four regional tournaments—ideal for quick disc handling, higher touch counts, and maintaining athletic conditioning through the winter.

• Mondays 8:00pm - 10:00pm
• Tuesdays 7:00am - 9:00am
• Thursdays 7:00am - 9:00am

After Reading Week

• Mondays 10:00pm - 12:00am
• Thursdays 9:30pm - 11:30pm
