WIRK RIDE Seat Post Adjustment
Adjust the seat height by turning the adjustment knob below the seat to loosen and then pull it to release the pin. Slide the seat post until the seat is at the proper height. Release the adjustment knob, ensuring it catches in one of the holes of the seat post and then tighten the adjustment knob.
WIRK RIDE Desk Adjustment
Sit on the bike. Adjust the position of the desktop to different angles by lifting the lever with your right foot and pushing or pulling the desktop to the right position.
WIRK RIDE Table Adjustment
To use a tablet on the desktop, set the tablet holder at an angle. To use a laptop computer on the desktop, secure it using the strap on the desktop.

Adjust the resistance by turning the tension knob between your knees. Begin pedaling
