The University of Waterloo is proud to host the 28th annual Don Mills Open, a premier cross-country event that will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Columbia Lake. This exciting event brings together collegiate, post-collegiate, and club athletes for a thrilling 6km race on a 2km loop through the University of Waterloo's scenic North Campus.

Proceeds from the event will support the Don Mills Cross Country Award, helping to fund future generations of athletes.

• 10:00 AM – Women's 6km
• 10:50 AM – Men's 6km
• 11:30 AM – Awards Presentation

Race Information 

Eligibility:

This year's Don Mills Open is open to all, welcoming collegiate, post-collegiate, and club athletes to participate.

Awards:

• Individual: Medals for the top three overall finishers in each race.
• Team: Awards for the top collegiate team in each race, based on the top seven finishers.

Additional Information:

• Washrooms: Portable toilets will be available on-site.
• Parking: Free parking is available in Lot X.
