Bell Let's Talk is Thursday, January 28 and we're joining in to help drive progress in mental health. COVID-19 has affected every aspect of our lives, including our mental health. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 38% of Canadians say their mental health has declined due to COVID-19, and people already struggling with their mental health were 2 times more likely to say their mental health has declined due to the pandemic.
Nearly 200 universities and colleges from across Canada will be participating in the world's largest mental health conversation and helping drive Bell's donations to mental health programs in Canada.

Mental health toolkits
With many institutions continuing with online learning for the winter term, there was a digital toolkit created to help students show how they are participating on Bell Let's Talk Day.
A
Bell Let's Talk post-secondary landing page was created to make it easy for you to access the digital toolkit, which includes:
- Bell Let's Talk virtual photo booth
- Short mental health films for virtual viewing events
- Wellness activities
- Kids Help Phone and Jack.org virtual events and resources focused on student mental health
- Communications materials
Thank YOU!
When it comes to mental health, now more than even, every action counts. Thank you for making student mental health a priority in your learning environments. Please reach out with any questions.
