The Department of Athletics and Recreation is seeking a full-time Women's Basketball Head Coach. This full-time position is accountable for the leadership of the women's basketball program as its Head Coach.

The position reports to the Associate Director, Athletics, and will support and act in accordance with the strategic direction and initiatives of the Warriors Athletics program and the University of Waterloo as they relate to student-athlete development, revenue generation, general promotions, budget management and appropriate administrative responsibilities as the Head Coach of the women's basketball program.

The Head Coach will ensure compliance with the OUA and U SPORTS rules and regulations.

These responsibilities are required in organizing a competitive and successful team while promoting academic success for student-athletes.
