A new term brings about new goals and intentions. Warrior Reset will help you to do just that. Join us for workouts, healthy habit lessons and personal check ins.
This program will cover topics that will help you refine behaviours that will improve your health including goal setting, nutrition, mindfulness and of course, exercise! It will run for the duration of the closure.
You will be offered 3 live classes per week and if you are unable to attend those they will be archived for your viewing pleasure. You will get exclusive access to tips, tricks and worksheets that will help you to slowly define your path to better health. You will all have access to a private Microsoft Teams group, where other members of the university community can come to together to support one another. Moderated by our Personal Training team, this will be a safe space to ask questions, get support and added information.
In this program you will receive the following:
- Weekly emails with tips, tricks and actionable habits to help move the dial on your health & fitness
- Three live workouts per week (Archived for later viewing)
- Access to a private Microsoft Teams community/group to find additional motivation and support from peers and our personal training team
- Weekly recipes, hoorays and personal check ins
