Men's soccer continues to play exceptional footy, with another victory over a tough opponent on Sunday in Windsor. The black and gold topped the Lancers 1-0 on a scorching hot day to improve to 6-2-0 on the season.
Christoph Bruckeder (Waterloo/)Â scored his second goal in as many games in the 60th minute to life his squad to the win.
In net, rookie Matt Papadopoulos has come in for Waterloo and done a tremendous job since the Algoma weekend, earning his fourth win.
The Warriors have now moved into sole possession of second place with a 6-2-0 record (18 points) just one behind Guelph for top spot. Overall, the Warriors have the fourth best record in the OUA.
