Box Score The men's volleyball team had quite the weekend playing in 10 intense sets against two of the top teams in the league.  

After giving the No. 3 McMaster Marauders all they could handle the night before, Waterloo earned a huge 5-set victory over Ryerson on Saturday, coming all the way back from two sets down for their seventh win of the season.  Waterloo moves to 7-8 on the year while Ryerson dropped to 12-6.  

The Rams took the opening two sets 25-21, 25-22 but the never-say-die Warriors took over the net play and switched up their attack to capture the final three sets 25-20, 25-22, 16-14 for the dramatic come from behind win.

Nikola Dimitrijevic (Mississauga) had an impressive game with his most assists in one game, amassing 50 in the win.  He also had four digs in the contest.

On the attack Waterloo had many weapons on this day with four different players reaching double digits in kills.  Braden Cok (Waterloo) led the way with 16 while Jordan McConkey (Stratford) was huge up the middle with 14 kills.  Kevin LeBreux (Cumberland) and Aidan Simone (London) rounded out the well-balanced attack with 12 kills each.

At the net, Cok was stellar with seven blocks while McConkey and Matthew Mawdsley (London) each had six.  

The Warriors also used a strong service game to pick up the win, with nine service aces compared to four for Ryerson.

With just two games remaining in the season, Waterloo is locked in the fourth spot in the OUA west with 14 points and will face the top team in the East in the opening round of the playoffs which is most likely to be York.  They will use their final two games against Toronto and Trent as big tune-up matches prior to the post-season.
