Immanuel set the tone for the Warriors early in the day in the men's 60m race. He cruised to first in his heat qualifying for the final in an impressive time of 6.90, the fastest time heading into the final. With a great start, Onyemah took an easy win in the final and was the only man to break the 7 second barrier. His time currently ranks him 3rd in the country.
Later in the day Immanuel stepped onto the track for the 200m where he earned silver.
