Emma Nero had an outstanding U SPORTS Championship this past weekend in Edmonton running both the 60m hurdles and 4x200 relay race. Nero finished 5th overall in the 60m hurdles with her second fastest time of the season (8.45) moving up two spots from her 7th rank heading into the championship. She then ran the 4x200m relay, with a personal best time of 25.8s in the heats to send the Warriors off to the finals. In the finals, Nero again ran a great leg in her final varsity race helping the team to an 8th place finish with a personal bet time of 1:41.67.
