Izzy had an incredible OUA race in Hamilton taking it out with the lead pack at the gun. She ran a very smart race finishing 5th overall in the women's 8k in a time of 28:26. This earned her the honours of First Team OUA All Star as well as OUA Rookie of the Year. Izzy helped lead the Warrior women to a 6th place team finish, their best placing in 16 years.
