In his final OUA Championship appearance, Jörg Ahne (Merseburg, Germany) put forth a great performance winning silver in the long jump, thanking to his fifth leap of 7.20m, behind Commonwealth Games Decathlon silver medalist Pierce LePage. With his jump, Ahne now holds the top 11 jumps in UW history. The following day, Ahne helped his team to a sixth place finish in the 4x200m relay and will head into the U SPORTS Championship as the 8^th ranked team.
