Rookie Jake Gu had an incredible weekend in the pool for the Warriors swim team winning at the top tiered Fairweather Divisional Championships in Toronto. Gu collected three gold medals in the 50m, 100m, and 200m breast stroke events including personal bests and U SPORTS qualifying times in the 50m and 100m races. Gu played a big part in Waterloo’s second place finish at the divisional championships, their first time in many years beating McMaster and Western.
