Stephanie Ryall (Hamilton, Ont.) ran her best race of the season at the McMaster Open, finish 14th among OUA runners. Ryall completed the 8km course in a time of 30:17 and is finding her stride at the right time of the season with just one more event before the OUA Championship on Saturday, October 27.
