Tre Ford has been turning heads across the country, and the second year quarterback out of Niagara Falls, Ont., did it once again in one of, if not the biggest win in over 15 years for the Warriors football program. Ford orchestrated a comeback for the ages, including an 88-yard strike to his number 1 target, Tyler Ternowski late in the game to erase a 12-point deficit to lead his Warriors to a 34-32 win over Laurier, their first Battle of Waterloo victory since 2002. Ford amassed 558 offensive yards, going 26-for-35 in the air for 472 passing yards with three passing TD’s and added 86 on the ground. Ford leads the country in passing touchdowns with 15 and is second (first in OUA) in passing yards per game at 389.3.
