Tegan Sauer (Kitchener, Ont.) capped off an incredible five-year career with the black and gold in style, winning the bronze medal in the 60m dash at the U SPORTS Championship hosted by Windsor. In the prelims, Sauer ran the third fastest time of 7.56s to qualify for the finals. An hour later, Sauer stepped up to the line for the final time as a Warrior and laid everything on the line, running to a time of 7.48s to capture the bronze. Her time ranks her second all-time in Warrior history behind 2003 national champion Daniella Carrington (7.46s).
