Tegan Sauer (Kitchener, Ont.) put together an incredible meet at the 2018 OUA Championship winning bronze in the 60m race. Battling an injury the last few weeks, Sauer ran against the top runners in the country in the 60m finals, getting off to a great start and finishing in a tie for second with her time of 7.56s, which hits the auto qualification standard for the U SPORTS Championship. When broken down to the hundredth of a second, Sauer was award the bronze medal. Sauer also ran the fastest leg of the 4x200m relay, which saw her team finish sixth overall.
