Nedim Hodzic (Waterloo, Ont.) had himself an outstanding weekend posting 50 points and 30 rebounds in two wins over the Algoma Thunderbirds. On Friday night, the second year power forward posted a new career high in points with 34 while adding an astounding 16 rebounds as the Warriors cruised past the T-Birds 87-65. On Saturday, Hodzic continued his offensive dominance with 16 points and 14 rebounds as Waterloo erased a 16-point deficit to top Algoma 67-65. Hodzic setup the winning basket after drawing in two guys and dishing it to Colin Connors who knocked down the buzzer beater. Hodzic now sits second in the OUA and U SPORTS with 11.4 rebounds per game.
