Rookie cornerback Tyrell Ford (Niagara Falls, Ont.) put together one of the most historic and memorable U SPORTS debuts taking not one but two punt returns to the house for touchdowns.  Ford’s first run back was 98 yards early in the second quarter to put Waterloo up 25-17.  Ford then dazzled the crowd once more, this time with a 100 yard return early in the fourth to put his Warriors up 54-31 to secure Waterloo’s first win since 2014.  Ford finished the game with eight punt returns for 263 yards and was also a factor defensively with 5.5 tackles.
