Tegan Sauer (Kitchener, Ont.) had a great start to 2017, collecting a gold medal in the 60m race at the Sharon Anderson meet in Toronto.  Sauer cruised to the victory in her 60m heat with a time of 7.86 and later improved on her time, winning the finals in a time of 7.83s.  Only 0.01 off her season’s best and 0.04 from her personal best Sauer is set up nicely heading into next weeks Can-Am meet in Windsor.
