James Milton (Kitchener, Ont.) was Waterloo’s top finisher at the CIS Cross Country Championship dashing his way to a 24th place finish in the 10km course hosted by Laval.  Milton finished the grueling run in a time of 31:41.7 just six seconds back from a top 20 finish.
