Third year goaltender of the women’s hockey team Stephanie Sluys (Clinton, Ont.) had herself a perfect weekend stopping all 38 shots faced in a pair of wins over UOIT and Queen’s.  On Saturday night, Sluys turned aside all 23 Ridgeback shots and even chipped in with an assist as Waterloo won 2-0.  On Sunday, Sluys was again a brick wall with 15 saves as the Waterloo offence exploded for six goals in a 6-0 rout of the Gaels.  In 28 career OUA starts, Sluys has 16 wins, 11 of which are shutouts.
