James Milton (Kitchener, Ont.) put together an incredible race at the Toronto Invitational on Sunday afternoon.  Milton ran the 8km course in a time of 25:18.9 to capture the individual silver medal while leading his team to a second place finish.  Milton now has a first place (Don Mills Open) and second place finish to his name in the OUA cross-country season.
