Jessie Brush of the women’s rugby team was an absolute force for the Warriors in their home opening win over Laurier on Saturday.  A devastating knee injury that sidelined Brush last season was quickly forgotten in the battle of Waterloo as the second-row led her young team to a convincing 29-7 win over the Golden Hawks.  Brush scored one try and was solid all game long on the defensive side of the ball.
