Third year golfer David French (Camlachie, Ont.) captured his first ever individual title as a Warrior shooting a 2-under, 70 at the Western Invitational.  The recreation and business student beat out 72 other golfers in the field at the St. Thomas Golf and Country Club while his Warriors finished second overall to claim the team silver medal.  French's score was one better than Charles Fitzsimmons and Josh Zhang both of the Western Mustangs who were the overall team winners.
