Naomi Lance helped her team improve their ranking in the 4x200m at U of T Friday night running a team seasons best of 1:42.50, nearly a two second improvement to win the gold and place them 8th in the CIS. At Cornell, Lance ran 40.19 winning the silver medal in the 300m race, which now ranks her 4th in the CIS and 3rd in the OUA expecting a podium finish at the Championships. She is also ranked 5th on the Waterloo all-time list. Later Saturday, Lance ran the fastest split time in the 4x400m once again helping her team win gold and setting season’s best time of 3:59.37, nearly 5 seconds better, ranking them 14th in the CIS.
