Justin Larson (Buckhorn, Ont.) of the men’s hockey team continued his stellar play with six points in just two games to move him into sole possession of top spot on both the OUA and CIS scoring leaderboards.  In Waterloo’s 6-4 win over Laurier on Friday night, Larson tallied a highlight reel goal while adding an assist to lead his team to a crucial two points in the standings.  The second year legal studies student then collected four more points (1g, 3a) the following night while playing key minutes on special teams in a hard fought 7-6 loss to the UOIT Ridgebacks.  Larson’s six point weekend gives him a total of 38 points in just 24 games played this season.
