Fifth year figure skater Angelica Ruszkowski (Brampton, Ont.) captured a gold medal at the opening event of the 2012-13 OUA season hosted by Carleton in the Senior Silver Similar Dance with partner Sarah Indris.  The Warrior duo performed a near perfect routine to claim top spot.  Ruszkowski also had a very respectable fourth place finish in the Open Dance event to cap off a tremendous season debut.
