Rookie golfer Kody Fry (Grand Valley, Ont.) was sensational in only his second OUA competition, capturing the individual gold medal at Waterloo’s 36-hole invitational played at Whistle Bear and Grey Silo.  Fry shot an even-par, 72 at Whistle Bear on the opening day and followed it up with an astounding 5-under, 66 on Sunday at Grey Silo, the third lowest score in Warrior golf history.  The recreation and leisure student was able to oust four RCGA all-Canadian golfers in the field en route to his first title as a Warrior.
