Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will take part in a practice at the University of Waterloo's Warrior Field (200 University Avenue West) on Tuesday, August 28 at 10 a.m. Fans are encouraged to attend the practice and enjoy the day's festivities.
Aside from the action on the field, the event will include appearances by the Tiger-Cats cheerleaders and mascots, interactive inflatable games for kids and the latest Ticats merchandise.
The Tiger-Cats will hit the field at 10 a.m. before inviting fans onto the turf for an on-field autograph session afterwards.
"We have a tremendous following in the Kitchener-Waterloo area and are thrilled to hold a practice at Warrior Field," said Ticats President Scott Mitchell.
Waterloo Director of Athletics Bob Copeland commented, "We're excited to host the Ticats at Warrior Field. This is a great initiative for our community and the many fans of the black and gold to see how the Ticats prepare for the upcoming Labour Day Classic."
